QOS 2021 provides an Early Bird Registration Fee From August 3 (Tue.) to September 17 (Fri.), 2021 in order to generate discounted rates of the registration fee to those who are highly interested in the symposium. Online registration is highly recommended to all participants for the symposium at the official website.

At least, one author of each accepted papers must complete his/her registration and pay the registration fee by September 17 (Sat.), 2021. Otherwise the papers will be withdrawn from the proceedings publication.
UPDATE
However, for those who got accepted multi papers (two or more), his/her registration fee for one of the papers will be waived.
e.g. 1) an author who got accepted 2 papers → Pay for one paper (1 registration)
2) an author who got accepted 3 papers → Pay for two papers (2 registrations)

Refund Policy
- Request of cancellation must be made in writing and notified to the secretariat reg@qos2021.org.
- Refund will be processed within 1 month after the conference is finished.
- The registration fees are refundable as specified below.
